1. Quotations and Availability

• A quotation is an offer based on information and availability available at the time it is prepared; it is not a confirmed booking unless specifically stated.
• Hotels, flights, transport, activities, venues and other services remain subject to availability until confirmed and the required payment is received.
• Prices, taxes, exchange rates, surcharges and supplier rates may change before confirmation. Any revised amount will be communicated before final confirmation where reasonably possible.
• Images and descriptions are illustrative and may be supplied by third parties. Actual rooms, vehicles, views, facilities or experiences can vary.

2. Booking and Payment

• A booking is treated as confirmed only after Drisshya issues confirmation and the required advance or full payment has been received.
• Payment schedules, balance due dates and any non-refundable components will be communicated in the relevant quotation, invoice or booking confirmation.
• Failure to pay within the stated time may result in cancellation or release of services by the supplier.

3. Traveller Details and Documents

• The traveller is responsible for providing correct names, dates of birth, contact details and other required information. Names for air tickets and regulated services must match the applicable travel document.
• Travellers are responsible for holding valid passports, visas, permits, insurance, health documents and any other documents required for the destination or service.
• Visa or entry approval is solely at the discretion of the relevant authority. Drisshya cannot guarantee approval or entry.

4. Supplier Terms

Hotels, airlines, cruise lines, transport operators, attractions, destination management companies, venues and other suppliers are independent service providers. Their individual rules, check-in/check-out timings, baggage rules, cancellation terms, operating conditions and restrictions form part of the booking where applicable.

5. Itinerary and Service Changes

• Travel times, sightseeing, routes and operating schedules may change because of weather, traffic, local restrictions, safety requirements, supplier operations or events outside reasonable control.
• Where a confirmed service becomes unavailable, we may propose a reasonably comparable alternative, subject to availability and any price difference.
• Special requests are passed to suppliers but are not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed in writing.

6. Traveller Conduct and Responsibility

• Travellers must follow local laws, supplier rules, safety instructions and reporting times.
• Any loss, damage, penalty, missed service or additional cost caused by a traveller’s delay, incorrect information, misconduct or failure to comply with requirements is the traveller’s responsibility.
• We strongly recommend appropriate travel insurance, including medical, cancellation and disruption cover suitable for the trip.

7. Liability and Events Beyond Control

Drisshya acts as an organiser/intermediary for many services provided by independent suppliers. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Drisshya is not responsible for acts, omissions, delays or failures of independent suppliers or for disruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including weather, natural events, strikes, government actions, closures, epidemics, operational disruptions or similar circumstances.

• Nothing in these terms excludes any right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
• Where assistance, rebooking or alternative arrangements are possible, additional supplier charges may apply.

8. Cancellation, Refunds and Specific Booking Terms

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy together with the specific supplier terms confirmed for your booking. If a quotation, invoice or written confirmation contains service-specific terms, those specific terms will apply to that booking.

9. Website Use

Website content is provided for general information and travel inspiration. You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, copy protected brand material for commercial use, or use the website in a way that interferes with its operation.

10. Governing Framework and Updates

These terms are intended to operate under applicable Indian law. We may update them from time to time. The version published on the website at the relevant time will apply, subject to any more specific written terms already confirmed for a booking.
