About Ujjain & Omkareshwar
A practical 3-night journey suitable for travellers who want to visit Mahakaleshwar and Omkareshwar without making the circuit unnecessarily long. The exact darshan sequence can be adjusted around temple slots and arrival timings.
Day-wise Itinerary
Day 1 — Arrival – Ujjain
Arrive at Indore and transfer to Ujjain. Check in and visit Mahakal Lok and selected temples depending on arrival time. Overnight in Ujjain.
Day 2 — Ujjain Darshan
Mahakaleshwar darshan and visits to Kal Bhairav, Harsiddhi and other important temples. Bhasma Aarti can be considered separately subject to advance availability and applicable procedures. Overnight in Ujjain.
Day 3 — Ujjain – Omkareshwar – Indore
Drive to Omkareshwar for Jyotirlinga darshan and Mamleshwar Temple. Continue to Indore for overnight stay.
Day 4 — Departure
Breakfast and transfer to Indore airport / railway station. Additional Indore sightseeing can be considered for a later departure.
Hotel Category
A private vehicle is recommended for the full circuit. Comfortable stays can be arranged in Ujjain and Indore. Temple-area vehicle restrictions may require short walks or local transfers.
