A contemplative journey through the principal places in India associated with the life, enlightenment and teachings of Gautama Buddha, planned with comfortable routing and time for reflection.

About Buddha Circuit

This 9-night / 10-day Indian Buddhist circuit links Sarnath, where Buddha delivered his first sermon, Bodh Gaya, where he attained enlightenment, the ancient learning centres of Rajgir and Nalanda, Vaishali, Kushinagar and Shravasti. The journey is designed as a meaningful spiritual and cultural itinerary rather than a rushed checklist.

Lumbini in Nepal can be added as a separate extension for travellers who would like to include the birthplace of Gautama Buddha. Cross-border documentation, travel time and applicable entry requirements are handled separately in the customised proposal.
